Form 42 is used for reporting transactions involving shares and other securities. The submission deadline (for 2004/05 only) is 30 November 2004. Employers are reminded that these forms must not be sent to their tax office but to: Share Schemes Team, Room 76, New Wing, Somerset House, London WC2R 1LB.
